This is a downloadable PDF knitting pattern
Inspired by the original Tiger, Rudyard Kipling's Shere Khan, Taylor's bright colour and bold stripes make him a striking and majestic cat. Knitted flat the main head is knitted in stocking stitch starting with ear flaps and decreasing to shape the crown. Stranded knitting is used throughout the pattern. The features are knitted separately, sewn together then attached to the head. The snout is stuffed with toy stuffing which together with Taylor's large nose gives a fantastic 3D effect. Taylor is finished with two ears, buttons as pupils and a super stripy sleek tail.
