Shakespeare the Seahorse is knitted in stocking stitch starting with the tail, shaping through ear flaps and decreasing to shape the crown.  His underbelly is textured to give a scaley effect. The features are knitted separately, sewn together then attached to the head. The snout is stuffed with toy stuffing, eyes and lids are added. Spikes are sewn along his long curled tail. He is topped off with an antler upon his head.
