Quill the Queen Bee will sit as pretty on your head as her crown. The main head is knitted in stocking stitch starting with ear flaps we work in intarsia to create the shape of his face and distinctive stripe, decreasing to shape the crown.  The features are knitted separately, sewn together then attached to the head. The face is stuffed with toy stuffing which together with Quill's eyes, wings, antennaes and sting create a fantastic 3D effect.  Quill is topped off with her crown.
