Paige the Polar Bear is one of our simpler designs but we have made him with Super Chunky Blanket Yarn to give him an extra bulky, cuddly look. You could use Super Chunky Yarn instead but he won't be as soft as Paige. The main head has instructions for working both flat or in-the-round. Knitted in stocking stitch starting with ear flaps and decreasing to shape the crown. The features are knitted separately, sewn together then attached to the head. The snout has a little colour work using the stranded knitting technique. It is stuffed with toy stuffing which together with Paige’s large nose gives a fantastic 3D effect. Paige is finished with jet black eyes and fluffy ears.
