This is a downloadable PDF knitting pattern
Inspired by Rainbow Fish, Flora is a bold but beautiful fishy friend. Working in a mixture of stocking stitch and garter stitch the earflaps are shaped as fins, we work in intarsia to form the shape of her face. Lastly, we decrease to shape the crown. The facial features and fins are knitted separately, sewn together then attached to the head. Her giant tail, snout and mouth are stuffed with toy stuffing which gives a fantastic 3d effect and her dorsal fin on the very top finishes her off swimmingly.
