My daughter loves @petethecatofficial It will be her first #WorldBookDay at nursery so I have got “ahead”🤣and made this little outfit for her.
I followed my pattern for Casey the Cat 😺 swapping the colours. I used #marrinersyarns Super Chunky Royal for the main colour. Their Chunky Mustard for the eyes which I embroidered on the pupils instead of buttons and finished Pete with a Chunky White nose. The ears are the same as Casey’s only I haven’t pinched them in at the bottom. Just goes to show how versatile my patterns are with a bit of imagination.
I also attached four buttons onto a yellow t-shirt and sewed using backstitch to create the button popping off 💙💜💚❤️ I also found some cute white trainers 👟👟
I can’t wait to see her dressed up!
