Casey the Cat
£3.99
Casey the Cat may look like a fur-midable feline but play with your ball of wool, follow this pur-fect pattern to avoid any cat-hat-strophes. Casey is a pawsome buddy for your favourite kitty stories.
Imagine a Hat could do all that…
This is a downloadable PDF knitting pattern
Tabby cats have been my inspiration for Casey so I used a blended yarn but feel free to use wool that represents your favourite literary kitten. The main head has instructions for working both flat or in-the-round. Knitted in stocking stitch starting with ear flaps and decreasing to shape the crown. The features are knitted separately, sewn together then attached to the head. The pointy ears give distinctive cat features and the cheeks and chin are stuffed to give extra definition. Whiskers and a mouth are embroidered on and Casey is finished with her sleek tail.
