£3.99
Eden the Elephant is a statement piece.
Eden the Elephant may look like a mammoth task but grab your yarn and needles, you will soon be head of the herd in no time. Pop on Eden, pack your trunk and together you can stomp into your next wild adventure.
Imagine a Hat could do all that…
This is a downloadable PDF knitting pattern
Eden the Elephant is extremely enormous. The main head has instructions for working both flat or in-the-round. Knitted in stocking stitch using super chunky yarn starting with ear flaps, working up then decreasing to shape the crown. The features are knitted separately, sewn together then attached to the head. Eden's long trunk is stuffed with toy stuffing which together with Eden’s tusks gives a fantastic 3D effect. Eden has little black eyes, covered with eyelids and is finished with large ears which balance the hat. With the help of a button, Eden's trunk can be curled up or left to swing.
