1. Returns & Refunds
1.1 Downloadable Purchases
The product is an automatically generated digital PDF and therefore can not be returned, exchanged, amended or cancelled as stated in our Terms & Conditions however if there is a problem with your order please contact Imagine a Hat
1.2 Shipped Purchases
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

There are no shipping costs
2.2 Shipped Purchases
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
If shipping outside the UK you may have to pay customs charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before claiming the parcel. These charges will depend on the country and the value of the item.
